When do I pay the fee? +
Fees are only collected when a transaction completes. If a buyer cancels, an offer expires, or a dispute is resolved in the seller's favor, no fee is charged.
Are there fees for making offers? +
No. Making offers, messaging sellers, and saving items to your wishlist are always completely free. You only pay when a trade is finalized.
What does escrow actually do? +
When a buyer's payment is confirmed, funds are held securely in escrow. They're only released to the seller after the buyer confirms receipt and marks the trade complete. This protects both sides from fraud.
Can I cancel my Seller Pro subscription? +
Yes, anytime. Your Pro benefits remain active until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees.
Is there a fee for swap-only listings? +
Swaps (bottle-for-bottle trades) have zero platform fee — just a small $2.00 flat payment processing fee to handle the secure confirmation flow.
