What is Trust Score?

Trust Score is a 0–100 measure of how reliable you are on Sniffy. Every fragrance changes hands through our protected payment system — buyers and sellers both need to know who they're dealing with. Your score is built from real actions: completing trades, earning positive ratings, verifying your payment account, and keeping your profile current. Your score is public on your profile, so buyers and trade partners can see at a glance how reliable you are. A high score is a good sign, not a guarantee: trades are paid in-app only, and the Protection Vault only pays when every requirement was met — otherwise the most you can get is the other side's deposit and/or them not being paid.

0 – 39
New Nose
Just starting out. Complete your profile and connect Stripe to jump fast.
40 – 59
Collector
Building presence. Complete your first trade to unlock the biggest ongoing gains.
60 – 79
Trusted Trader
Solid rep. Buyers and traders see an established, reliable trader.
80 – 100
Elite Nose
Top tier. The strongest signal a buyer can see on your profile.
Why It Matters
Stronger Dispute Record
When a trade goes to a dispute, the Sniffy team looks at both sides' history. Completed trades and a clean record carry real weight in how it gets decided.
Buyer Confidence
Your score is public on your profile. Buyers are more likely to offer on listings from trusted sellers.
